How to Lose 10 lbs in 1 week

It is possible to lose 10 lbs in 1 week but only if you are over 10 lbs overweight. Maybe you have a wedding to go to, an unexpected vacation or you just want to fit in your jeans. Whatever the reason may be, you can lose 10 lbs in 1 week by following these steps!

  1. Step 1

    Only consume 15 grams of carbohydrates a day. This means you must avoid all bread, pasta, rice, fruit, potatoes, and any food high in carbs.

  2. Step 2

    Only eat one meal a day. Replace the other meals with Low Carb Slim Fast. For your one meal, eat lean, skinless meats like chicken breasts and vegetables.

  3. Step 3

  1. Step 1

    Ok start with setting a goal. I set 30 lbs after having my son. Get a small notebook and keep it with you at all times! Go grocery shopping.
    You will need bread (low cal, 40 - 50 calories per slice, Wheat Bread or Multi grain is BEST), No calorie spray butter, Yogurt (the smallest size, I think the tiny ones are 60 - 70 calories.), lunch meat any kind only around 0 calories a slice, (If you can get a hold of it or like to eat it, get NORI it is a seaweed snack), Chicken, any white Fish, Shell Fish (NO RED MEAT OR PORK), Green Veggies, Lettuce, Soup of any kind (up to 150 Calories per Serving).

  2. Step 2

    You must drink at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water per day. (example: you weigh 200 lbs, then you drink 100 oz of water PER DAY!)

    Breakfast: 1 Slice of your toast with 2 sprays of no calorie butter or you may have one Yogurt. NOT BOTH

  3. Step 3

    Lunch: 4 snack packs of Nori with a few slices of lunch meat.
    OR
    1/2 sandwich with lunch meat of your choice. Calories for lunch meat can only be up to 30 calories. So if your Lunch meat is 10 calories per slice you can have 3 slices. (Wheat or Multi grain Bread is Best). You can have mustard with lunch.

  4. Step 4

    Snack: Apple or Peach or Pear or two plums or Orange or 1/2 grapefruit. NO BERRIES, MELONS, GRAPES, CHERRIES OR BANANAS of any kind. (TOO HIGH IN SUGAR)

  5. Step 5

    Dinner: 2.5 oz of Fish or Poultry or Shell Fish. 1/2 cup green veggies, such as spinach, Lettuce, Green Beans, Avocado, Artichoke, Broccoli. (Can be Fresh or Frozen. Fresh is best but if you prefer Frozen then that is fine too) You can also use your No calorie spray butter on anything you eat for dinner.

  6. Step 6

    You can eat a salad if you like with lunch or dinner. Must be a fat free dressing and NO Creamy Dressings!!! You can however have Any Calorie Free Dressing you want. EVEN RANCH! (Walden Farms makes a calorie free dressing) You can add tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, carrots, onions, salt, pepper and mushrooms.

  7. Step 7

    Write everything down that goes in your mouth! EVEN GUM! (You can have 4 sticks of Sugar Free Gum per day) Ever write down the amount of oz. of water you consume per day. It keeps you more mindful of what enters your body.

    Drink lots of fluids. Fluids can help fill your belly. Sometimes when we feel hungry it is because we are dehydrated. However, drinking soft drinks and coffee is not a good way to go about this step. Soft drinks are not only fattening but they are also sugary. Soft drinks also leave yourbody without energy.

  2. Step 2

    Chew a piece of sugar free gum. Gum can help suppress your hunger and you wont be tempted to put something else in your mouth while chewing gum. This may not sound very helpful but try it once to see it work.

  3. Step 3

    When it is time for a planed meal or snack, eat it slow. Take smaller bites and chew for a long time. It may take a little time to eat your meal and seem a little pointless but it really works. Not only does this help your body know when it's full but it helps you digest your food better.

  4. Step 4

    Drink water while you eat your meals. This also helps you feel full. Water is the best way to flush your body of unnecessary fat and it helps keep it away. If you don't normally drink lost of water your body may retain a little water weight at first but don't worry, keep it up and you'll belosing weight in no time.

  5. Step 5

    Take vitamins. Vitamins are great to take everyday. Your body does not always get the nutrients it needs during the day and vitamins are another way to get
