Baked Garlic Potatoes


Ingredients
11/2 lb

New Potatoes

8 cloves

Garlic----- (minced)

3 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Little Black Pepper
1 tsp Fresh or Dry Thyme----- (crushed)
Directions

1. Preheat oven at 400°F.
2. Cut New Potatoes into bite size pieces. (Leave skin on)
3. Toss Potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Layer potatoes onto baking pan, bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove potatoes from baking pan and gently mix in thyme.

Note

New Potatoes were selected because of its sweet taste. Any potatoes would work for this recipe.
