Chia Pudding (serves 1-2)





INGREDIENTS: 
*1/2 cup chia seeds
*2 cups nut milk or coconut milk (I like almond milk best in this recipe)
*1/2 tsp vanilla powder
*pinch sunfire salt
*1 Tablespoon Raw Honey (we use local raw, unfiltered honey)

Stir all ingredients together. Let the chia and almond milk sit for about 2 minutes, then stir again. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir again. 5 minutes later place your chia pudding in fridge... easy!

I enjoy eating chia pudding for breakfast or as a snack. It is deliciously simple on its own with its hint of vanilla and delicate sweetness, or for extra texture and  nutrients mix in soaked nuts, goji berries, fresh berries, bee pollen, shredded coconut,  etc.!
